I believe City administrations get enough funds for maintaining the infrastructure in the city and also maintaining the law and order. If they have short of funds they do have enough avenues to get more funding. Looking the offenses it shows that Seattle has wide economic divide just like every other city in the world. I am not saying poor commit more crimes, but it is the duty of the administrations to make sure every one has equal and fair opportunity to build their lives in the cities.

It is also the duty of the administrations and the society as a whole to make sure we as a community live and thrive. It is the responsibility of each and every person in the city to make sure that we help each other to stand on our own feet to live a good sustainable life.

Create more and more jobs, train more and more people in the skills which are in demand, promote people who create more jobs and create more community mentors who can mentor the people to go in the right path.
